graduation trip 1 - Hungary -

I went to Europe with my friends for 11days (Feb 24- Mar 6) 
DAY 1
We went to Budapest, Hungary by way of Frankfurt.

JANSSONINKIUSAUS

I made Swedish dish named "Janssoninkiusaus" which is a dish baked au gratin  All I need was potatos, anchovies and onions. It was easy but so delicious!!! I like it so much 
I'll go on a graduation trip to Europe from tomorrow to March 6th  After the trip, I'll go on another graduation trip for three days  I'm gonna stay at Hiroshima and go to Shikoku I definitely take lots of pictures during the trip see you for a while everyone

I baked cheese & chocolate cakes, and made raspberry chocolate bars and white nama chocolate (don't know how to say it in English...). I gave cakes and chocorate bars to my dad and uncles, and gave chocolate bars and white nama chocolates to my sweetheart It seemed they liked it. I forgot to take pictures of nama chocolates

Houtou, wheat noodles which is the local food in Yamanashi pref

I went snowboarding the day before yesterday with T and his friends  We got up at 5:30 and headed for Fujiten ski resort in Yamanashi prefecture. On the way to Yamanashi, we could see very beautiful Mt. Fuji which is a symble of Japan  We got to the ski resort at around 8:30. It was my first time to snowboard, so T taught me very attentively  Thanks to his support, I came to be able to snowboard I'm not a good snowboarder yet though I still need more training!!!!
After snowboarding, we had houtou, wheat noodles which is the local food in Yamanashi, for lunch It was no longer lunchtime though We got home before 7 pm... I got really tired but had a great time I'm so happy to be able to learn how to snowboard I really appreciate it, T

farewell party

I had Mayuko's farewell party last Satuaday. Mayuko will go to Germany this month. She's gonna participate in craftsmanship training (or something?). for three years, I guess.. We'll miss her so much!!
My sis and I cooked dinner together. We had a fun time

I hope the new year will bring you good luck and happiness.
I went back to my hometown on 27th (Dec) and celebrated the New Year with my family
Since T drove me home on 27th and 4th (Jan), I could spend fun time with him.
During the holidays, I met relatives, played with my cousin and hung out with T and his friends.
When my gramma saw me, she said, "You've grown up a lot!"  Every time she sees me, she says so
Anyway, I got tired of eating traditional New Year's food
I made my New Year resolution
1. being positive 
2. learning how to snowboard (I'm not good at doing winter sports..)
3. trying a bunch of different things 
4. cherishing my family and friends  (coz I'm planning to leave Japan for a year)
5. taking thousands of photos
