enoshima island

we went to Enoshima island on Thursday  since we love to go somewhere without a plan, we didn't decide where to go, just followed the road and got there  we saw a great view of sea and a town from an observation deck and really enjoyed looking at the setting sun  i wish it wasn't cloudy but actually the cloudy sky was not so bad i guess. we just walked around and crunched osenbei, or a rice cracker, then went to an italian restaurant near the beach for dinner. before the dinner, we took a walk on the beach, heard the sound of the waves (i love it!!) and bathed our feet our feet got dirty but didn't care and then, we had yummy dinner at the restaurant  It was a perfect day

i had a very good weekend
hon (he really loves rock-climbing!!) took me to Mitake valley
i could get away from reality for a while hehe.
we walked alongside of a river and walked and walked and walked.....

#1&2: my sis gave me the necklaces that i wanted coz she received a starting salary thanks a lot!! i do love these lovely necklaces
#3&4: i went somewhere in Kanagawa pref, went on a picnic (it was not a picnic!! it was like a hill climbing so i got really tired!!), and enjoyed driving koinobori, or carp streamers were everywhere. May 5th is Children's Day, which is held for boys. families with little boys fly carp streamers outside the house. that's why carp streamers are everywhere at this time of year

aquarium and shopping

#1-3: aquarium
i went to brand-new aquarium, "Aqua Stadium" in Shinagawa yesterday i saw a dolphin show and was so excited i thought dolphins are intelligent  i had a very good day
i took these pix w/ my camera phone...
#4-#7:shopping
i went shopping w/ my sis and Mayuko today in Komagome. then we went to Harajuku. and there, Mayuko's boyfriend joined us and we did some shopping together i really enjoyed shopping i got tired tho...

cherry blossoms

the cherry blossom season has come  i did some shopping and went to the inokashira park with my sis. the park was crowded with many people who came to see the cherry blossoms
cherry blossom viewing party or Hanami is a very popular event in spring. people sit under the full bloomed cherry blossom, drink sake, and have a blast i don't have enough time to enjoy Hanami, but i'm gonna go to see the sight of cherry blossoms by night
